The legal agreement between you and ZONERA. Read alongside the Community Guidelines — both apply.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ZONERA. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. We may request age verification. Accounts belonging to users under 13 will be closed without notice.
By using ZONERA you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for your account and everything posted from it. Keep your credentials secure. You may not share accounts, sell access to your account, or impersonate other users or ZONERA staff.
We reserve the right to reclaim handles that violate our policies, are used for impersonation, or belong to permanently banned accounts.
You own what you post. By posting on ZONERA you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform. You may delete your content at any time. We do not claim ownership of anything you create.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
Character limits. Post bodies are limited to 5,000 characters, post titles to 200 characters, comments to 1,500 characters, and user bios to 160 characters. Content exceeding these limits will be rejected.
Deleting content. Posts and comments may be deleted within 30 minutes of creation. After 30 minutes, content becomes permanent and cannot be removed by the author. Contact support if you need content removed for legal or safety reasons.
Editing posts. Posts may be edited once after publication. Edited posts are marked with an EDITED badge visible to all users. The original content is not preserved or accessible after editing.
Pinned comments. Post authors may pin up to 3 comments on their own posts. Pinned comments are permanent and cannot be unpinned once set.
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action:
ZORA is an in-platform virtual currency. ZORA can be earned and spent within ZONERA's platform features including games, the marketplace, and AI helpers. ZORA cannot be transferred outside the platform.
Earning ZORA. ZORA is earned through posting (+2), commenting (+1), receiving upvotes (+1 each), daily streak bonuses (+2/day), winning staked games (opponent's stake + 5 bonus), referrals (+100 for you, +50 for your friend), and signup bonus (+100). Content earnings are capped at 30 ZORA per day.
Spending ZORA. ZORA is spent on game entry fees, marketplace purchases, and ZONERA AI summons (50 ZORA per tag).
ZORA has no monetary value. ZORA cannot be exchanged for real-world currency, transferred to other platforms, or redeemed for cash. There is no real-money cashout. ZORA is a virtual currency for use solely within ZONERA.
Pre-launch notice. Features, earning rates, spending costs, and ZORA balances are subject to change before and after the official launch of the platform.
We reserve the right to adjust the ZORA economy, earning rates, and spending costs at any time. We may also adjust individual user balances in cases of confirmed abuse, exploitation, or bot activity.
ZORA balances may be reset or adjusted during periods of significant platform abuse. OG and Pioneer member starting balances are protected from administrative resets except in cases of confirmed manipulation.
ZONERA includes multiplayer games (Chess, Tic-Tac-Toe, Connect Four) where a fixed entry fee in ZORA is required to play. There is no free play option. Games can be started via matchmaking in the Gamez Center or via DM challenge.
Entry fees: Chess — 25 ZORA (5 min Blitz) or 50 ZORA (10 min Rapid). Tic-Tac-Toe — 10 ZORA (5 min) or 25 ZORA (10 min). Connect Four — 10 ZORA (5 min) or 25 ZORA (10 min). The winner takes the opponent's stake plus a 5 ZORA bonus. There is no platform fee.
Game outcomes:
Anti-cheat. All game moves are logged and validated. Cheating, exploit use, disconnect abuse, or collusion between accounts to transfer ZORA will result in stake forfeiture, a permanent ban, and removal from leaderboards.
ZORA staked and lost in games is gone permanently. We do not reverse game results except in confirmed cases of server error or exploit abuse.
ZONERA's marketplace allows users to buy and trade wardrobe items using ZORA. All marketplace transactions are final.
Pricing. Item prices range from 1 to 50,000 ZORA. Prices are set by the platform and may be adjusted at any time.
Trading. Marketplace items are tradeable between users. You may not purchase your own listed items. Attempts to manipulate marketplace prices or exploit trading mechanics will result in account action.
No refunds. Marketplace purchases are non-refundable. Ensure you want an item before completing a purchase.
ZONERA AI (@zonerai) is clearly labelled on every post and costs 50 ZORA to summon. AI-generated content is not verified and should not be relied on for decisions of consequence. ZONERA is not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated responses.
Using AI features to generate spam, harass users, or circumvent moderation is prohibited.
OG Members are the first 1,000 users to join ZONERA's waitlist. They receive a permanent ⭐ OG badge, an exclusive 3-character @handle, the OG Hoodie wardrobe item, OG Crown, and 1,000 ZORA starting balance.
Pioneer Members are waitlist members #1,001 through #3,000. They receive a permanent 🛡 Pioneer badge, the Pioneer outfit set, and 500 ZORA starting balance.
OG and Pioneer badges are permanent and displayed on every post. OG 3-character handles are reserved and assigned at launch — they cannot be reclaimed by ZONERA except in cases of serious policy violations. Exclusive wardrobe items cannot be purchased — they are earned through membership tier only.
After launch, new users registering through open registration receive no tier badge, no starting ZORA bonus, and no exclusive items.
Items and features are not guaranteed. The platform reserves the right to modify, remove, suspend, or discontinue any wardrobe item, feature, balance, or perk at any time without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to exclusive items associated with OG and Pioneer membership. Nothing provided on the platform constitutes a contractual promise or guarantee of continued availability.
Blocking users. You may block any user at any time. Blocks are permanent until you choose to unblock. Blocked users cannot interact with you in any way — this includes commenting on your posts, voting on your content, following you, challenging you to games, reposting your content, or sending you direct messages.
Blocking is mutual in effect: neither party can see or interact with the other's content while the block is active. Circumventing a block by using alternate accounts is a violation of these Terms.
All content passes through automated moderation and is subject to human review. We may remove any content, issue warnings, restrict accounts, or permanently ban users at our discretion for violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
You may appeal moderation decisions through the platform's appeal process. Appeal decisions are final.
We cooperate with law enforcement authorities in all jurisdictions where required by law.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your posts, comments, and profile will be removed. Your ZORA balance and wardrobe items are forfeited on deletion.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Permanently banned users may not create new accounts.
ZONERA is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Content posted by users reflects those users' views, not ZONERA's. We are not responsible for user-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZONERA, its founders, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of ZORA, game stake losses, or data loss.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed £50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately when posted at zonera.fun/terms. We may make reasonable efforts to notify active users of material changes, but this is not guaranteed.
It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms regularly. We recommend checking zonera.fun/terms, zonera.fun/privacy, and zonera.fun/guidelines periodically. Continued use of ZONERA after any changes — whether or not you have read them — constitutes your full acceptance of the updated Terms. ZONERA shall not be liable for any consequences arising from a failure to stay informed of policy updates.
If you do not agree to the current Terms, you must stop using ZONERA immediately and may request account deletion.
