I can't log in to my account.
First, try the "Forgot your password?" link on the sign-in screen — this will send a reset link to your registered email. If you no longer have access to that email address, contact us at [email protected] with your username and we'll verify your identity and assist you.
I haven't received my verification email.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, use the "Resend verification email" option on the sign-in screen. If you still don't receive it after a few minutes, contact us and we'll look into it.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your account settings (click your avatar, then "My Account"), scroll to the "Delete Account" section, and follow the steps. Account deletion is permanent and all your data will be removed. If you have difficulty, contact us and we can process the deletion manually.
How do I request a copy of my data?
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request - Data Export". We'll verify your identity and provide your data within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Someone is impersonating me or using my name/photo.
Use the in-platform "Report" button on the offending account's profile and select "Impersonation". If you need faster assistance or the report feature isn't accessible to you, email us directly with the username of the impersonating account.
I want to report a copyright infringement (DMCA).
Email [email protected] with the subject "DMCA Takedown Request". Include: (1) a description of the copyrighted work; (2) a link to the infringing content on ZONERA; (3) your contact details; and (4) a statement confirming you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf. We will respond within 5–10 business days.
Is there a way to contact ZONERA within the platform?
Yes — the @ZONERASUPPORT account is our official in-platform support presence. You can send a direct message or post mentioning @ZONERASUPPORT and we'll see it. For account-specific issues that require verification, email is faster and more secure.
I found a bug or technical issue.
Use the 🐛 Report a Glitch button available inside the platform (bottom of the feed on desktop, or via the menu on mobile). This sends us detailed technical information that helps us fix it faster. For critical issues, you can also email us directly.
